Lately, I have been blending the exact or a variation of the smoothie recipe below!
- 1 ½ cups Orange Juice (low sodium)
- 1 cup Mango Nectar
- 1 cup Carrot Juice
- 1 tbsp Hemp Oil
- 1 tbsp Hemp Powder
- 2 tbsp Spirulina Powder
- 1 Scoop (4.2g) of Collagen Hydrolysate Powder (Collagens type 1 & 3)
- 1 Scoop (.37 oz) Vital Super Blend (Spirulina, Kale, Wheatgrass, Spinach, Beet, Milk Thistle, Pomegranate, Turmeric, Moringa, Matcha Tea, Flax, Chia, Broccoli, Amla, Ginger and Dandelion Root)
- 1 cup Cherries (pitted & frozen)
- 1 cup Strawberries (frozen)
- 1 cup Blueberries (frozen)
- 1 cup Dragon Fruit
- 1 to 2 cups Spinach
- 1 Banana
- 1 Pink Lady Apple
For a maximum smoothie, I add the ingredients above along with my daily vitamins and supplements and thoroughly blend them all together.
